Our crews handle these year round. They are quoted per property rather than off a price list, so call or send the form and describe what you need.

• Soft washing: siding, brick and painted surfaces cleaned without the damage a pressure washer can do. Kills mold and algae rather than blasting it off.
• Gutter cleaning: clearing and flushing, usually paired with a fall cleanup.
• Sod installation: from $1.50 per square foot installed. We assess the base first and tell you if topsoil is needed, because sod laid over a bad base does not last.
• Downspout extensions: from $150 per downspout, to move roof water away from the foundation.
• Tree and shrub treatments: bagworms and other destructive insects, timed to when they actually hatch.
• Aeration and overseeding: core aeration from $100, seed timed to the fall window.
• Landscape bed maintenance: edging, weeding and seasonal color on a recurring visit.
