Spring and fall cleanups
Leaves, sticks and winter debris off the property, beds cut back, and the whole place reset for the season ahead.
Spring cleanup
The visit that decides how the rest of your year looks. Winter debris and matted leaves come off the lawn and out of the beds, ornamental grasses and spent perennials are cut back before they push new growth, bed lines get re-cut, and the property gets its first mow, trim and paved-surface cleanup of the year.
Fall cleanup
Two ways to run it, and your trees decide which. Mulching leaves into the lawn is faster and feeds the turf, and it works when the volume is normal. Full removal and haul-away is the answer under mature hardwoods, where a mulched layer would smother the grass over winter. Heavy leaf years usually want more than one visit rather than one very long one.
What we scope separately
A cleanup is priced on labour, property size, debris volume and disposal, so we would rather name the boundary up front than surprise you with it later. Shrub pruning, bed edging, hand weeding, mulch installation, gutter cleaning, large limbs and storm debris are each quoted on their own, and so is an unusually large haul-away.
Beds, borders and the parts people forget
A cleanup is where a property either gets its shape back or quietly loses it. Bed lines get re-cut so borders read as intentional rather than blurred, and debris gets pulled out from under shrubs and along fence lines, where it collects and stays wet all winter.
